July 25, 2024– I’ve got some tips for you today! Moving + learning = healthy kids! Below are some benefits of Movement-based Education like you’ll find in my books Big Hugs for Kids Learn and Move Series!
When we engage our minds and bodies, simultaneously, this promotes:

This is great information, but what should we do with it? Here’s one easy practical tip you and your child(ren) you CAN do right now wherever you are! Challenge each other while allowing everyone to do the move his/her own way; do the moves fast, slow, timed, standing, sitting… it doesn’t matter. The key is to MOVE!
