M.O.V.E Monday

Did you know July 23 is National Lemon Day and today is National Refreshment Day? Wow, what a great combo! We all know water is refreshing especially on a hot (OK, scorching if you’re here in AZ with me!) day, so let’s celebrate these ‘national days’, boost our health, and flavor our water!!

I’m adding blueberries ( a good antioxidant for us) and lemons to my water – my refreshment of choice.  Blueberry and Lemon – simple recipe for HUGE health benefits:

Payson Book Fair!

I had a wonderful time at the book fair in Payson, Arizona! I got to meet readers, hang out with Story Monsters, and talk about my books; it was a wonderful day and thank you to everyone who came out to support me!
